COLUMBUS — Elizabeth Ann Mullin Dismuke, 77, died April 27, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Turner Chapel A.M.E. Church with Leonardo Dismuke Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 1-4 p.m. Friday, at Lee-Sykes Funeral Home. Lee-Sykes Funeral Home of Columbus is in charge of arrangements. 

Mrs. Dismuke was born July 10, 1948, in Columbus, to the late Elbert  and Elizabeth Mullin. She was formerly employed as an administrative assistant at Mississippi School for Math and Science. She was a member of Turner Chapel A.M.E. Church. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jake Dismuke Jr.; and siblings, Joseph Edinburgh Sr., Everlena Robinson, Elbert Mullin Jr. and State Representative Esher Mullin Harrison. 

She is survived by her children, Terrance Dismuke of New York, Shacharis Dismuke of Hornlake and Tshurah Dismuke of Columbus; siblings, Aubra Jackson and Harold Mullin, both of Columbus; and four grandchildren. 

Pallbearers will be L’metric Hughes, Tracy Topps, Jolando Scott, Nicholas Woods, Mario Woods, Alexander Givens, Joseph Mylon Edinburgh and Elbert Mullin Jr.
