COLUMBUS — Elizabeth Ann Criddle, 66, died Sept. 24, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Lowndes Funeral Home. Lowndes Funeral Home of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Criddle was born Jan. 1, 1959, in Starkville, to the late Elizabeth “Betty” Lucille Taylor Funderburk and James P. Phillips. She was formerly employed as a bookkeeper.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Lee Criddle.

She is survived by her daughter, Katie; and sisters, Barbara Korlath and Rebecca Stone.
