FEDERAL WAY, Wa. —Dorris Hill West, 81, died April 28, 2026, at her residence.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Pheba Cemetery, with James Towery officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from noon-1 p.m. prior to services at Calvert Funeral Home. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. West was born Aug. 2, 1944, to the late James Calvin and Claudine Leila Shelton Hill. She was a 1963 graduate of West Anchorage High School in Anchorage, Alaska.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie West; and one brother.

She is survived by her children, Cherre’ Machele West and Brent Woodrow West; and one grandchild.
