VERNON, Ala. — David Nicholas Simon, 66, died March 16, 2026, at his residence.

No services will be held. Chandler Funeral Home of Vernon is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Simon was born May 10, 1959, in Columbus, to Elaine Williams Simon and the late Kenneth Nicholas Simon. He was a 1977 graduate of S.D. Lee High School.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Tammy Simon; son, Cade Simon; sisters, Vickie Noguchi and Michelle Simon; and two grandchildren.
