CALEDONIA — David Wayne Robinson, 74, died Nov. 22, 2025, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.

Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Tuesday, at Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Ben Vernon officiating. Burial will follow at Egger Cemetery. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Grace Methodist Church. Chandler Funeral Home of Vernon is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Robinson was born May 7, 1951, in Columbus, to the late Ivan Almus and Edna Faye Rickman Robinson. He was a 1969 graduate of Lamar County High School and a 1978 and 1983 graduate of Mississippi State University. He was a veteran of the Alabama National Guard and was formerly employed as a county agent with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Herman Robinson.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Robinson of Caledonia; daughters, Rachel Eubanks of Madison and Sarah Hughes of Homewood; brothers, H.L. Robinson of Amory; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Jason Robinson, Scott Robinson, Heath Robinson, Matt Breaux, David Breaux, Will Breaux and Jon Barron.
