STARKVILLE — Curtis Lamar “Culpepper” Grayer, 66, died Dec. 24, 2025, at Starkville Manor.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, at Hairston and Hairston Funeral Homes Chapel. Burial will follow at Sessums Community Cemetery. Visitation is from 1-5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Hairston and Hairston Funeral Homes of Starkville is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Grayer was born Aug. 30, 1959, in Starkville, to the late George Culpepper and Betty Roberson. He was formerly employed as a painter.
