SULLLIGENT, Ala. — Clyde Weeks, 86, died Aug. 29, 2025, at his residence.

Funeral services were at 3 p.m. Monday, at Otts Funeral Home Chapel, with Howard McNeal officiating. Graveside services and burial followed at Beaverton Cemetery. Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Otts Funeral Home of Sulligent was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Weeks was born July 23, 1939, in Sulligent, to the late Roy Thomas Weeks and Lula Jeanette O’Mary. He attended Sulligent schools and was formerly employed at Mobile Home Factory. He attended Sulligent Freewill Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Juanita Taylor, Virginia Franks, Patricia Anderson, Debbie Moore, Jo Mack Weeks, Mike Weeks and Roy Weeks.

He is survived by his wife, Jessie Elizabeth Weeks of Sulligent; children, Phillip Weeks, Chris Weeks and Tonya Lockhart, all of Sulligent, and Amanda Mason of Southaven; siblings, Steve Weeks and Martha Ann Frakes, both of Sulligent, Peggy Weeks of Guin, Tommy Weeks of Kearns, Nebraska, and Sonya Alred of Winfield; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Chris Weeks, Philip Weeks, Jon Coplin, Gary Lockhart, Trent Landers and Michael Landers.
