COLUMBUS — Christopher Austin “Audi” Bankhead, 21, died June 16, 2026, in Columbus.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Hunt Intermediate School, with Jimmy Rice officiating. Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Friday at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Bankhead was born May 18, 2005, in Columbus, to Marco Bankhead and Takaia Burnett. He was a member of Fourth Street M.B. Church.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Caleb E. Bankhead, Hailey M. Bankhead, Audrey B. Bankhead, Kingston M. Bankhead, Kaysen E. Bankhead, Brenton G. Bankhead and Milan K. Bankhead.

Pallbearers are Caleb Bankhead, Marco Bankhead, Kyle Burnett, Tylan Hood, Blake Burnett and Cleveland Summerville.
