COLUMBUS — Charles Daniel “Charlie” Moorehead, 35, died Jan. 3, 2026, at his residence.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel, with Lynn Gibson and Trey Reece officiating. Burial will follow at Magnolia Memorial Gardens in Aliceville. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Skelton Funeral Home of Reform is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Moorehead was born May 11, 1990, in Tuscaloosa, to H. Allen Moorehead and Charlene Stephens Moorehead. He was formerly employed as a nurse.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Jennifer Liess Moorehead of Columbus; daughter, Alina Suzanne Moorehead of Columbus; and siblings, Stephen Moorehead of Carrollton, Chris Darby and Joy Anderson, both of Tuscaloosa, Jimmy Young of Arkansas, and Kimberly Moorehead of Gaffney, South Carolina.

Pallbearers are Matthew Thigpen, Grant Townsend, Japa Castro, Jon Anderson, Jacob Moorehead, Amos Unruh and Jason Body.
