ADAMSVILLE, Ala. — Brenda Kay Glasgow Estes, 78, died June 4, 2026, at Baptist Health Princeton Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. 

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at the Chandler Funeral Home, with Thad Hawkins and Kenneth Salters officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior to services. Chandler Funeral Home of Vernon, Alabama, is in charge of arrangements. 

Ms. Estes was born in Crossville, Alabama, to the late Omie Newell Glasgow and Williams Glasgow. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, May Helen Glasgow, Linda Garrison, Jewel Lucus, Jean Nowatzke and Evelyn Bevis; brothers, Sherman Glasgow, Jackie Glasgow and Tim Glasgow. 

She is survived by her sons, Bill Estes, Danny Estes and Scott Estes; sisters, Edgilee Bobo and Janice Salters; brothers, Edward Glasgow, Danny Glasgow and Macky Glasgow; and three grandchildren. 

Pallbearers will be Jason Woodruff, Jonathan Woodruff, Frainkie Woodruff, Luke Perkins, Bobby Glasgow and Tim Glasgow.
