MOULTON, Ala. — Bobby Duncan, 77, died Jan. 1, 2026, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama.

Funeral services were at 1 p.m. at Otts Funeral Home Chapel, with Travis Brown officiating. Burial followed at Carter Cemetery. Visitation was one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Otts Funeral Home of Sulligent was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Duncan was born March 13, 1948, in Detroit, to the late Carlos Jim Duncan and Opal Grace Stephenson Duncan. He attended Detroit School and was formerly employed in the dairy farming and timber businesses.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Garrison Duncan; daughters, Jean Whitehead and Louise Duncan; siblings, Georgia D. Duncan and Harold Duncan; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Robert Duncan of Greenwood Springs, Russell Duncan and Beverly Ives, both of Moulton, and Linda Nethery of Tuscaloosa; sister, Shirley Roberts of Hollywood, Florida; 15 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Derrick Duncan, Catcher Duncan, Phillip Crow, Russell Duncan, Sam Jenksin and Edward Bubba Smith.
