STARKVILLE — Billy Osby, 81, died Nov. 29, 2025, in Tupelo.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Bethel M.B. Church. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Saturday at West Memorial Funeral Home. West Memorial Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Lorene Osby; children, Anne Skinner, Cynthia Rice, Alisa Baker and Quintus Osby, all of Starkville; siblings, Caesar Osby of Chicago, Illinois, and Gloria Jean Mitchell of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
