PHEBA — Bilbo McNeel Jr., 71, died Sept. 11, 2025, at Diversicare of Eupora.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, at Pheba Baptist Church, with Brad Latham and the Rev. Terry Rhodes officiating. A Masonic Rites graveside service will follow at Pheba Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior to services at the church. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. McNeel was born May 10, 1954, in Gretna, Louisiana, to the late Bilbo and Dorothy Massey McNeel Sr. He was formerly employed in the maintenance department at Prestage Farms and was self-employed as a hay and cattle farmer. He was a member of Pheba Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Becky T. McNeel of Pheba; children, Christy m. Latham of Stewart and Coby McNeel of Mantee; siblings, Diane Cole of Mathiston, Merline White of Pheba, Bertty Walker and Tommy McNeel, both of Mantee; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Wyatt Latham, Grayson McNeel, Bailey Harvey, Jonathan Walker, Ethan Williams, Jake Davidson and Jon Cooper.
