STARKVILLE — Arthur Thompson, 71, died Jan. 10, 2026, in Starkville.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at West Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Memorial Garden Park. Visitation is from noon-6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. West Memorial Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his son, Raphel Ellis Thompson; brother, Charles Thompson; and one grandchild.
