CALIFORNIA, Md. — Arthur Herbert Bernard Miller Jr., 66, died Feb. 19, 2026, in California, Maryland.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Northside M.B. Church. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, with Rev. James Long officiating. Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Friday at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Miller was born April 24, 1959, in Columbus, to the late Arthur Miller Sr. and Lillie Mae Henry Miller. He was a graduate of S. D. Lee High School and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was formerly employed with Defense Contracting RT&T.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Angelia Williams.

He is survived by his daughter, Kiana M. Hooks of New Albany; siblings, Dennis Miller, Catherine Miller, Steven Miller and Vickie Smith, all of Columbus; and two grandchildren.
