STARKVILLE — Anthony Higginbottom, 52, died March 1, 2026, in Starkville.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Spring Valley Cemetery in Mathiston. Burial will follow. Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Friday at West Memorial Funeral Home. West Memorial Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his mother, Freddie Jean Higginbottom of Starkville; and sisters, Bonita Higginbottom of Houston, Texas, Yolanda Moore of Starkville, and Gretchen H. Reese of San Francisco, California.
