MACON — Antais “Mr. D.” Kyron DeGraffenreid Sr., 41, died Nov. 1, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Belmont M.B. Church, with the Rev. Admise Gandy officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Friday, at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements. 

Mr. DeGraffenreid was born Dec. 8, 1983, in Chicago, Illinois, to Dennis DeGraffenreid and Sophfornia Lockett. He was a 2003 graduate of Noxubee High School and a graduate of Hinds Community College. He was formerly employed as a school bus driver and as a truck driver at KLLM Trucking and Marten Trucking. 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Antais DeGraffenreid Jr., Emmanuel DeGraffenreid, both of Columbus and Landon Bivens of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and siblings, Sheronda Jenkins of Oklahoma City and Undrae Chevelle Riley of Starkville.

Pallbearers are Landon Bivens, DeAndre Jenkins, Tyjuan Lockett, DeLeon Lockett, Orlando Robinson, Patrick Lockett, Scotty Gill and Lance Walker.
