CARROLTON, Ala. — Annie “Blue” Bell Hall died Aug. 19, 2025, at her residence. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, at Miles Chapel C.M.E. Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Palmetto Cemetery in Palmetto, Alabama. There will be no visitation. Lavender’s Funeral Service of Aliceville, Alabama, is in charge of arrangements.
