COLUMBUS — Annie Carolyn Frazier, 92, died Sept. 29, 2025. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, at St. James United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Herman Peters officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12-5 p.m. Thursday, at Hairston and Hairston Funeral Home. Hairston and Hairston Funeral Home of Columbus is in charge of arrangements. 

Mrs. Frazier was born Dec. 8, 1932, in Columbus, to the late Ozella Gaston and Alex Fraizier. She was a member of St. James United Methodist Church. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother;  Purivs Frazier; and sisters, Geneva Richardson, Velma Frazier Jackson and Deloris Ann Smith. 

She is survived by her brothers, John R. Smith and Sammy Smith.
