Elizabeth Anne Criddle, 66, of Columbus, MS, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital- GT in Columbus, MS.

Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS.

Mrs. Criddle was born January 1, 1959, in Starkville, MS, to the late Elizabeth “Betty” Lucille Taylor Funderburk and James P. Phillips. She worked in bookkeeping for many years. Mrs. Criddle loved her dogs almost as much as she loved her daughter, Katie, and son-in-law, Charles.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Criddle is preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Lee Criddle.

Mrs. Criddle is survived by her daughter, Katie, and son-in-law, Charles Costilow, of Columbus, MS, and sisters, Barbara Korlath and Rebecca Stone.
