COLUMBUS — Anita M. Turner, 68, died March 30, 2026, at her residence.

There will be no services at this time. Lowndes Funeral Home of Columbus is in charge of arrangements. 

Mrs. Turner was born Aug. 28, 1957, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Bill Lewis and Norma Lewis. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Turner. 

She is survived by her children, Brandon Johnson and Tiffany Turner; siblings, Joyce Long, Buddy Lewis, Ernest Lewis, Anna Montgomery, Andy Lewis and Tina Hope; and three grandchildren.
