STARKVILLE — One of three suspects in the shooting death of a Mississippi State University student is expected to make his initial court appearance today.
Trent Deundra Crump of Flowood is one of three men charged with capital murder in the death of 21-year-old John Sanderson of Madison.
Duntae Harvey and Mason Perry Jones of Jackson had their initial appearances Friday and were ordered held without bond. All three suspects are 21 years old.
Authorities say Sanderson was shot twice inside a dorm building on the university’s campus in Starkville on March 24.
