The Columbus Police Department has published the first issue of its new monthly newsletter, The Shield.
The newsletter, which is for both officers and the public, will include updates on police projects, spotlight articles on officers and civilian employees, and photographs from community events.
The Shield will be available online on the department”s website at thecityofcolumbusms.org and is also available through e-mail. To sign up for the newsletter, call Public Information Officer Terrie Songer at 662-364-1540 or e-mail her at tsonger@ columbusms.org.
