Columbus Police Department officers are investigating a claim of damaged property at an Associated Architectural Products Inc. warehouse, located at 1813 8th Ave. S.
CPD Public Information Officer Glenda Buckhalter said a ladder was found near the building Monday morning and several items, including a lawnmower were destroyed at the facility, although no items were reported missing.
Buckhalter also noted police are investigating a burglary at 1309 11th Ave. S.
A window pane was reported missing from the home in January and an occupant of the residence Monday reported missing about $500 in cash and an unspecified amount of men’s jewelry.
