A 45-year-old Columbus man is missing, and the Columbus Police Department is asking the public to help find him.
Bobby E. Knight, whose last known address is on Seventh Avenue North, was last seen Saturday at about 10 a.m., according to a CPD press release. He was wearing a black shirt, black hat and khaki pants and was driving a red 2009 Toyota Camry sedan with Mississippi tag LTG7616.
“We are asking for help locating Mr. Knight,” said Chief Joseph Daughtry in the release. “The last report is that Mr. Knight was on the way to see friends and never arrived. His cell phone is not operational now.”
Knight has no known health problems, Daughtry said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Golden Triangle Crime Stoppers at (800) 530-7151 or use the P3 smartphone app. Tipsters remain anonymous.
