Mobley said the driver of a Ford 500, Carolyn Andrews, 60, of West Point, was traveling east on 82, getting off the ramp and attempting to get into the southbound lane on Highway 45 when she collided with a Mercury Grand Marquis driven by Karey Lowery, 26, of Crawford.
