The Columbus Exchange Club is hosting a Wisconsin cheese and summer sausage sale to benefit non-profit organizations in Lowndes County who provide for the children of our community.
“There are several opportunities to purchase the cheese and sausage,” Exchange Club member Barbara Bigelow, wrote in a news release. “Patrons can visit our booth at Leigh Mall on Saturdays, Dec. 12 and Dec. 19, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. or make a purchase at the Columbus Country Club parking lot on Thursdays, Dec. 10 and Dec. 17 at noon.”

“Prices are very reasonable,” Bigelow continued in the release. “Mild, sharp and extra sharp cheddar cheeses are $12 per 2-pound block. Pepper jack cheese and summer sausage are $6 per 12-ounce package.”
The Exchange Club is an all-volunteer, national service organization for men and women. Programs include Americanism, Child Abuse Prevention, Youth Projects and Community Service.
Exchange is made of nearly 800 clubs and more than 25,000 members throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
