STARKVILLE – Community Bank recently announced the promotion of DeVonte Thomas to vice president of the Starkville branch.
Serving most recently as assistant vice president, Thomas brings four years of banking and finance experience to the role. He will be responsible for managing and growing his loan and deposit portfolio within the Starkville market.
Thomas, a Tupelo native, graduated from Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance.
Outside of the office, Thomas is a member of the Starkville Rotary Club, Starkville Young Professionals and the Take a Swing at Cancer Committee. He resides in Starkville and attends First United Methodist Church.
