National Women in Roofing, an organization dedicated to empowering women in the roofing industry, has named Christee Roberson, president of Graham Roofing, as its chair for the 2025-2026 term.
With more than two decades in the industry, Roberson has been instrumental in advancing the roofing profession. She started at Graham Roofing in 1997 as an accounting assistant before ascending through various roles. Roberson became president and majority owner in 2018.
Roberson previously served on the NWIR membership committee from 2020 to 2022 and has been a member of the executive committee, contributing to the organization’s mission of empowerment.
“I am honored to serve as chair of NWIR,” Roberson said. “I look forward to collaborating with our members to promote diversity, mentorship and professional development within the roofing community.”
Roberson is also a founding member of the FORGE Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting careers in skilled trades. She also serves on several boards, including The West Point Growth Alliance, Associated Builders and Contractors of Mississippi, Build Mississippi and Mississippi State University’s Building Construction Science Industry Advisory Board.
