Columbus Orthopaedics will be partnering with OCH Regional Medical Center for a collaboration aimed at enhancing orthopedic services and patient care across the region.
“Being team physicians for Mississippi State for over 30 years, we are excited to work with OCH to reach even more of the community in Starkville,” Dr. James Hurt, orthopedic surgeon and board certified sports medicine physician, said in a Monday press release.
The alliance will combine the expertise of specialists at Columbus Orthopaedics with OCH’s facilities and commitment to patient-centered care to offer comprehensive orthopedic services to the local community and beyond.
As part of the arrangement, Columbus Orthopaedics will provide specialized care at OCH, including sports medicine, joint replacement, spine care and trauma services.
“Our affiliation with Columbus Orthopaedics aligns with our mission to provide excellent healthcare close to home,” OCH CEO James Jackson Jr. said in the press release. “This collaboration will enable us to enhance and sustain our orthopedic services and ensure our patients continue to receive the best possible care.”
