The following arrests were reported by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department, the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department and the Columbus Police Department:
Michael Lorenzo Brewer, 24, of 207 Kermit St., was arrested Dec. 26 at 17th St. S., and Fourth Ave. S., by CPD and charged with possession of marijuana in a vehicle, possession of paraphernalia, driving on the wrong side of road, no insurance, violation of probation and driving with a suspended drivers license-suspended due to DUI. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 22.
Tabitha Leshia Guyton, 37, of 815 13th St. N., Apt. G-2, was arrested Dec. 27 by CPD and charged with burglary-breaking and entering a dwelling. She was released the same day on a $5,000 bond. Her court date is scheduled for March 20.
Michael Antwan Johnson, 23, of 2015 College St., was arrested Dec. 26 at the Oktibbeha County Jail by CPD and charged with contempt of court and violation of probation. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 8.
Larry Jones Jr., 34, of 198 Gregory Road, was arrested Dec. 28 on Gardner Blvd., by CPD and charged with two counts of disobeying a traffic control device, seatbelt violation, no insurance, reckless driving, resisting arrest, failure to obey a police officer, possession of controlled substance, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to yield to blue light. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 22.
Lillian Anjenette Martin, 21, of 138 Brown St., was arrested Dec. 27 at the Shelby County Correctional Facility in Memphis, Tenn., by MDOC and charged with violation of probation.
Gary Morris, 55, of 51 Saint Matthews Road, was arrested Dec. 29 at Fifth St. S. and 10th Ave. S., by CPD and charged with domestic violence-aggravated assault by strangulation.
Santana Monshea Gary, 26, was arrested Dec. 27 by OCSO and charged with cyberstalking and posting of injurious messages. She was released the same day on a $10,000 bond. Her court date is scheduled for March 18.
