The following people were arrested on felony charges, according to reports released from the Lowndes County Sheriff”s Office:
- Norman Katzel, 55, of 216 Archer Ave. in Colonial Heights, Va., was arrested Jan. 13 by LCSO on a charge of aggravated assault, manifest extreme.
- Jerry Lee Lewis, 40, of 495 Shady Lane in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 13 by LCSO on a charge of felony receiving stolen property.
- Travis Dewayne Perry, 25, of 1509 24th St. N. in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 13 by the Mississippi Department of Corrections on a charge of violation of parole.
- Meco Bronzella Nelson, 36, of 208 McHall Drive in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 13 by the Columbus Police Department on a charge of aggravated assault with weapon or other means.
- Cheryl Denise Smith, 39, or 634 31st Ave. N. in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 13 by the CPD on a charge of domestic violence-aggravated assault.
- Evette Gillespie, 31, of 112 Ellis St. in Artesia, was arrested Jan. 13 by LCSO on a charge of embezzlement under contract.
- Rosie Merkeshia Jones, 21, of 208 McCall Drive in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 14 by the CPD on a charge of aggravated assault with weapon or other means.
- Ricardo Anterrius Mosley, 20, of 716 19th St. N. in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 14 by the CPD on a charge of shooting into dwelling-house.
- Stoney Lee Ray, 43, of 19 Begonia Drive in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 14 by the LCSO on a charge of felony conspiracy to commit a crime.
- Frankie Lynn Ray, 38, of 69 Begonia Drive in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 14 by the LCSO on a charge of felony conspiracy to commit a crime.
- Dorothy Wright, 71, of 81 Brown Richardson Road in Macon, was arrested Jan. 14 by the CPD on four counts of bad check, insufficient fund, closed account.
- Whitney Brooke Franks, 23, of 202 Snake Ranch Road in Vernon, Ala., was arrested Jan. 15 by the MDOC on a charge of violation of parole.
- Nakita Jo Vail, 40, of 53 Tony Cove in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 15 by the LCSO on a charge of possession of a weapon by a felon.
- Ronald Joe Hall, 53, of 6183 Military Road in Steens, was arrested Jan. 20 by the LCSO on a charge of home repair fraud.
- Davonta Wells, 23, of 678 Pickensville Road in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 19 by the MDOC on a charge of violation of probation.
- William Kimmons, 38, of 5613 Scottland Terrace in Pensacola, Fla., was arrested Jan. 19 by the LCSO on a charge of false pretense.
- Gina Lee Steen, 33, of 210 Apanoug Road in Kosciusko, was arrested Jan. 19 by the LCSO on a charge of sale of cocaine.
- Chase Adam Fields, 23, of 280 Thaxton Road in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 19 by the MDOC on a charge of identity theft.
- Woodrow Hodo III, 28, of 506 Peach St. in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 19 on a charge of felony taking of a motor vehicle.
- Terry John Farr, 22, of 102 Newbell Road, No. F7 in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 19 by the LCSO on a charge of possession with intent to distribute.
- Andre Marquez Turner, 22, of 1124 Sixth Ave. N. in Columbus, was arrested Jan. 19 by the LCSO on a charge of possession of a weapon by a felon.
