STARKVILLE — An Ackerman woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Starkville, Oktibbeha County Coroner Michael Hunt confirmed to The Dispatch.
Qenjada Weeks, 24, died at the OCH Regional Medical Center after her car collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Highway 182 and 82 just after noon Monday.
Hunt said the driver of the second vehicle was taken to OCH Regional Medical Center to be treated for non life-threatening injuries.
Though Mississippi Highway Patrol investigated the crash, MHP Sgt. Derrick Beckom was unable to confirm the cause of the crash by press time Monday.
