We should never underestimate the supernatural power and ability of God because He specializes in doing the impossible in our lives. “God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.” (Psalm 62:11) KJV
Sometimes our situations can be so overwhelming until we don’t know which way to go or what we can do to solve them. During these times, we have to realize we serve a God that can do the impossible. Although things may seem impossible from a human perspective, nothing is beyond God’s power. “Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.” (Mark 10:27) NIV
Our enemies are people who love to do evil deeds to us. However, we don’t have to fret about what they try to do against us. Just give them to God and let Him deal with them for us; He can do the impossible. His justice ensures us that evildoers will face the consequences of their actions.
“Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.” (Psalm 37:1-2) KJV
Have you been struggling with a bad habit that’s hard for you to quit? If so, let go and let God set you free. It may feel impossible for us but it’s not for God; He can do the impossible. Once God sets us free, we won’t have the desire to do that bad habit anymore. Only through God’s power can we achieve what seems impossible. “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” (John 8:36) KJV
Some of us are going through circumstances that seem hopeless and it seems like there is no hope in sight. In moments such as these, we have to put our hope in God; He can do the impossible. “Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord their God.” (Psalm 146:5) NIV
If you’re dealing with a chronic illness such as cancer or an aneurysm on the brain, hang in there; God can do the impossible. He can heal any sickness or disease. “For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord.” (Jeremiah 30:17) KJV
When our children start acting rebellious and don’t want to listen when we’re telling them what’s right, we have to pray and put them in God’s hand; He can do the impossible. “Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” (Mark 11:24) KJV
So be encouraged today and always remember “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” (Luke 1:37) KJV
