The Mississippi Council on Developmental Disabilities (MSCDD) is accepting grant proposals for projects that support people with developmental disabilities and their families.
About $320,000 in funding is available, and the council expects to award four or more grants for one-year projects running July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027.
Eligible applicants include nonprofits, public agencies, and for-profit corporations operating in Mississippi. Grants can support activities in areas such as advocacy, leadership development, education, health, housing, transportation, employment, and inclusive community services.
Proposals must be submitted by noon March 6 via email to Christy Ashley at [email protected]. Funding is provided on a reimbursement basis, and applicants must include a local match (cash or in-kind).
For more information or alternate formats, contact Ashley at (601) 359-5533.
MSCDD is supported by the Administration for Community Living, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, with 100% federal funding.
