Junior Auxiliary of Columbus is pleased to announce the members of the 75th Annual Charity Ball Court to be presented April 5 at the Trotter Convention Center. The procession of high school seniors will begin at 8 p.m., preceding the presentation of the Charity Ball King and Queen.
The 2025 theme, “ENCORE: Answering the Call to Serve Again and Again,” honors the ongoing commitment of Junior Auxiliary of Columbus Active, Associate and Life Members and the generous support of the chapter’s sponsors, donors and community partners who help make a difference in the lives of the children of Lowndes County.
The theme also pays tribute to the rich history and legacy of the Annual Charity Ball. For 75 years, it has cemented its place as a beloved and historic event in Columbus, celebrating the chapter’s legacy of service.
Patrons can expect a dazzling night of entertainment, with the Columbus Suzuki Strings Advanced Ensemble and Thomas Carl Rollins, Jr. opening the night with the music in the ballroom and patio.
During the Royalty Presentation, the cast of the Golden Triangle Theater will take the stage with a special “Encore” performance, written and directed by GTT Founder, Garrett Torbert.
Guests will then enjoy a Royalty Breakfast Buffet and an evening of dancing to the vibrant sounds of the New Orleans, Louisiana band, “Karma.”
As part of its ongoing commitment to serving the community, Junior Auxiliary of Columbus recently released “The Report to the Community;” the chapter’s annual fundraiser, and comprehensive publication showcasing the organization’s achievements and ongoing projects.
The Junior Auxiliary of Columbus extends heartfelt gratitude to the sponsors and supporters who have generously purchased ads in our publication. Every dollar contributed directly funds the vital welfare, service, and civic projects the chapter performs in service to the children of Lowndes County.
