Junior Auxiliary of Columbus is proud to announce the return of its beloved project, Summer mentor program, JAM. JA members are thrilled to be working with the children of HEARTS Tutoring Center one on one again this summer in a STEM filled adventure!
Summer JAM will take place at HEARTS After School Tutoring and this year’s theme is “All Things STEM!” Children will focus on building their knowledge in science and technology through fun activities. JA members will take the opportunity to also help students grow their vocabularies and strengthen their comprehension skills as they learn about space, the human body and the animal world through the onsite STEM lab.
Through this program, Junior Auxiliary of Columbus will provide more than 100 hours of service to the children of Lowndes County.
Don’t let your child miss out on this opportunity at HEARTS!
For more information on how to enroll your child, contact HEARTS Director, Lisa Rooker, at [email protected].
