Blayze Berry drove in the lone run for the Patriots in the third inning.
Banks Hyde pitched four innings for Heritage Academy, and Seth Harris pitched two. Hyde struck out three batters, and Harris struck out one.
The Hawks scored two runs in the first and fourth innings and another run in the fifth.
Noel Fisher led Heritage Academy with two hits Friday.
The Patriots will play at Jackson Prep at 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
