CALEDONIA — Caledonia baseball walked off Itawamba Agricultural in district play on Thursday night, 10-9.
After IAHS tied things up in the top of the seventh at 9-9, the Cavaliers came back, scoring one in the bottom of the seventh to claim victory.
Shep Donald dominated at the plate for the Cavs, hitting a home run and recording four RBIs on a two-hit night, scoring two runs as well. Four different Caledonia players scored multiple runs and despite recording just three hits, the Cavs benefitted off three errors and nine walks.
Caledonia will host Belmont in its next game at 2 p.m. Saturday.
