The MUW softball team earned a home sweep of Stillman College on Friday in Columbus.
The Owls (8-4) won the first game 9-6 and won the second 8-0 in five innings.
Megan Cummins went 3 for 3 with two RBIs in Game 1, and Jana Kay Newell went 3 for 4 while driving in a run. In the second game, Kaitlyn Parrish allowed three hits and struck out three batters in a five-inning complete-game shutout.
The W plays at Agnes Scott College at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday.
