The arrests stem from a mid-June shooting spree that left victims Isai Cadalzo, 22, Manuel Caronia, 45, and Nicky Robeau, 57, dead.
Cadalzo was shot multiple times on June 17 and pronounced dead later that day at a hospital. Caronia and Robeau suffered gunshot wounds June 18 and were pronounced dead on the scene, per a news release.
Barrette spent the 2015 season as walk-on offensive lineman for the Bulldogs before transferring to South Alabama following the season.
