From out here, the controversy in the Columbus city council over whether or not to have a forensic audit seems to fall somewhere between high drama and low comedy. On the low comedy side was Councilman Mickens’ reply to a question put to him by Councilman Greene. When Greene asked him why he opposed the audit, Mickens replied, “Rusty, that ship has sailed.” With a four-vote majority on his side, Micken’s non-answer is true.
However, the minority dog does hunt.
