Appreciates funding from non-profit
The Columbus-Lowndes Humane Society Board and Staff would like to extend a heart-felt thank you to the 100+ Women Who Care of Columbus. We are humbled by the generosity of these remarkable and compassionate women who serve and assist local charities and organizations in our city and county.
CLHS was honored to be selected from a group of 16 local organizations to receive the 100+WWC Impact Award. During this time of uncertainty, the grant will help us maintain a healthy and safe environment for our animals until residents can adopt our dogs and cats into forever homes. Also, the award will help continue our ability to provide low cost spay/neuter surgeries which combat the very real issue of overpopulation.
We are sincerely grateful for the Impact Award and we would like to encourage women in our area to join this organization that does so much for our community.
Again, we thank the 100+ WWC for making this grant possible for the CLHS.
