CARROLLTON, Ala. — Wayne Lee Lancaster, 39, died Feb. 21, 2009, at his residence. Services are Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Cross Roads Baptist Church with the Revs. Ricky Jackson and Marcos Jimenez officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation is today from 6-8 p.m. at Skelton Funeral Home of Reform, Ala., and the body will be at the church 30 minutes prior to services on Tuesday. Mr. Lancaster was born March 28, 1969, in Meridian. He is preceded in death by his father, Earnest Wayne Lancaster; and grandparents, Gene Haynie and Dearman Harris. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Mary and Lavern Ray of Carrollton, Ala.; daughters, Angela Dooley Lancaster and Frances Aultman Lancaster, both of Guntersville, Ala.; sisters, Tracy Kee of Aliceville, Ala., Mary Jane Perkins of Vernon, Ala., and Diane Virginia Grabowski of Conroe, Texas; brothers, Richard Grabowski of Hayleyville, Ala., and Darrin Ray of Ethelsville, Ala.; and grandmother, Cora Haynie of Aliceville. Pallbearers will be Shawn Minor, Tommy Carter, Mike Cabaniss, Carl Martin Jr., Steven Doughty, Ed Perkins and Keith Stewart.
