GORDO, Ala. — Ronald Woodrow Clark, 62, died May 31, 2012, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services are today at 4 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with the Revs. Glen Sandifer and Leonard Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Skelton Funeral Home of Reform, Ala. is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Clark was born Jan. 25, 1950, in Tuscaloosa, Ala., to Betty Jean Shirley and the late Wilson Clark. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and a retired construction supervisor for KAMTECH in Columbus. He was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran of the Vietnam War. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Jean Clark of Gordo, Ala.; daughters, Brandi Black of Ralph, Ala., Bridget Beck and Brooke Bowman, both of Gordo; sisters, Sherry Pendley of Cottondale, Ala., and Robin Haven of Peterson, Ala.; brother, Denny Clark of Elrod, Ala.; and six grandchildren Pallbearers are Braden Clark, Wayne Shirley, Kevin Shirley, and Ken Shirley, Delaine Snider and Jerry Reece.
