WEST POINT — Roger L. Rupert, 60, died Jan. 22, 2019, in Tupelo. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at North Green Street Church of Christ in Tupelo with Tony Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow at Porter’s Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Monday at Carter’s Mortuary Services Chapel. Carter’s Mortuary Services is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Rupert was born March 27, 1958, in West Point, to Jettie Mae Rupert and the late Robert Lee Rupert. He was formerly employed with MTD. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Frances Rupert of Tupelo; daughter, Arrisha Sampson of Tupelo; brothers, George Rupert, Donal Rupert, Charles Rupert and Anthony Rupert, all of Tupelo; sisters, Barbara Rupert of Tupelo and Vickie Shumpert; and one grandchild.
