CEDAR BLUFF — Raybon E. White, 67, died March 2, 2009, at his residence in Cedar Bluff. Services are Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Calvert Funeral Home Chapel in West Point with the Revs. Wesley Pepper an Earl Cooper officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Bluff Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery in Cedar Bluff. Visitation is today from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. White was born July 12, 1941, in Ethel to the late Lena Burchfield and William Eli White. He was a panel welder for Babcock & Wilcox Co. in West Point for 35 years and was a Methodist. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin brother, Royce White; and brother, Robbin White. He is survived by his wife, Martha Carol Watson White of Cedar Bluff; sons, Rodney E. White of West Point and Donald Ray White of Cedar Bluff; sisters, Rachel Pate, Ressie Cliett and Rebecca Cox, all of West Point; brothers, Runal White of Starkville, and Randle and Roby White, both of Cedar Bluff; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Pallbearers will be Joey and Jeff Pate, Mark Cliett, Brad Cox, and Sam, Clay, Matt, Robbie and Christopher White.
