STARKVILLE – Phillip Logan Perkins, 56, died Feb. 21, 2021, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, at Fox Cemetery, with the Rev. Charles Kemp officiating. Visitation will be from 1-5 p.m. today, at Hairston and Hairston Funeral Home. Hairston and Hairston Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Perkins was born Aug. 4, 1964, in Starkville, to the late Felix Ware and Sarah Lue Perkins Brantley. He is survived by his wife, Ester Perkins; step-children, MeSchell Winters and Byron Winters both of Atlanta, Georgia; and brother, Daniel Brantley of Bremerton, Washington.
