COLUMBUS – Patricia Jule Webb, 60, passed away. Ms. Webb was born March 11, 1960, in Columbus, to the late Joe E. and Isabella Webb. She was a 1978 graduate of Motley High School and a graduate of cosmetology school. She was formerly employed in the childcare field and as a phone operator with GTE, now Verizon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Bobby “Bae” Webb, Josephine “Joyce” Webb, Billy Webb, John R. Webb, and Francis Saffore. She is survived by her child, Courtney B. Parker; sisters, Della Thomas and Helen Webb; and brothers, Joe Webb and Ira Webb.
