Lorine Wilson Sanders, age 82, passed away Friday, February 19, 2021, at her residence in Steens. A graveside service was held Sunday February 21, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Lone Oak Church of Christ Cemetery in Steens, with Minister Keith Wilson officiating. Mrs. Sanders was born on May 20, 1938, in Kennedy, Alabama, to the late Jack and Jessie Malone Wilson. She was a graduate of Kennedy High School. After traveling the world with her late husband Adrian, they settled in the Lone Oak Community where they were active members of the Lone Oak Church of Christ. Mrs. Sanders worked for the Lowndes County Co-Op for many years until her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading, cooking, and working in her yard. In addition to her husband Adrian, and her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Bill and Lee Wilson and an infant granddaughter. Survivors include her sons, Ricky Sanders (Vonda), Steens, MS, Randy Sanders (Lori) and Madison, MS; grandchildren, Angelia Collins (Steven), Steens, MS, Madeline Crabtree (Cole), Dunlap, TN and Taylor Sanders, Madison, MS; great-grandchildren, Lacey Collins, Olivia Collins and Ellis Crabtree. Serving as Pallbearers were Steven Collins, Taylor Sanders, Keith Mitchell, Brent Mitchell, Phillip Rickman and Mike Unruh Serving as Honorary Pallbearers were Cole Crabtree, Keith Wilson, Ken Wilson, Ryan Unruh, Spencer Unruh, Brad Mitchell, Blake Enloe and her wonderful team of caregivers.
